Day 20

We were planning to go to our local movie theater for a double feature tonight. But it's snowing and the SUV is acting up. Again. So we decided to have a movie night at home. We'll be watching Suicide Squad since Miss Goofy received it for a Christmas gift. 

"What's a movie without popcorn?"

Day 19

There was a lump on our couch this morning.

I pulled up the blanket to see what the lump was.

"I got cold so I snuggled in!"

Day 18

My sweet Music Man got this for me today. I adore him.

"Half Elsie's size, five times as naughty!"

Day 17

I caught this little guy when I went to lunch with Music Man today. I opened the game just to see if there was anything worth trying to catch.

"Santa Pica is coming to town!"

Day 16

So love my grandpuppy. His cuddles help when you learn people who inspired you have passed away. RIP Carrie Fisher.

I hit a milestone this evening. It was a pretty awesome moment for me. 

"Over one million steps this year!"

Day 14

I actually planned meals as opposed to Thanksgiving when I forgot we might want to eat more than once.

"Lunch!"

Woke up to this today.

"Walking in a winter wonderland!"

This is supposed to have information like my step count in it. I may have forgotten to update it.

"Updating all calendars, bullet journals, and goals."

Day 10

Our doctor wanted us to get a humidifier when I was so sick earlier this year. It's been amazing to be able to mostly breath. Now if only it didn't make my room so warm.

Day 9

I love candles. The way they look, the warmth they provide, the soft lighting. I've had multiple arrangements in my bathroom over the years. This is my current one:

"Pumpkin scent! Nice!"

Day 8

One of the best damn cookies I've ever had! Made by my sweet husband. Chocolate chip pecan. He knows I don't like walnuts so he made them with pecans. And since I'm trying to watch what I eat and he has diabetes they have Splenda instead of sugar. Super yummy!

"Chocolate Chip Pecan! Oh yeah!"

Day 7

This is being a bit of a jerk lately. I'm kind of glad cause we thought he wouldn't survive a few months ago since he wasn't eating and wouldn't jump up on the bed anymore. He's doing much better now that we've got him on thyroid medication. He does have that regal bearing down though, doesn't he?

"You get to hold and pet me, peasant!"

Day 6

I had to build a bag wall last night after Music Man kindly braved the cold and went to get me a snack. I had to build a wall that would have made Trump proud. I would have sworn I took a picture of said wall but it was late and I was wrong. So here's a picture of the reason for the wall instead:

"I'd love a bite of your Big Mac, Momma!"

Day 5

When I was in junior high we sang a song called "Clouds". When I saw the way this cloud was creeping across the mountain I had to take a picture of it.

"Clouds, we know you're watching, watching from up high..."

Day 4

I have got to stop eating candy if I want to lose weight. Albertsons should stop selling them buy 2 get 1 free.

"Yum!"

Day 3

My fitbit battery was low and I needed to charge it. My wrist looks so weird to me now, I decided to share it with the world.

"Naked Wrist! Naked Wrist!"

Day 2

So after getting my chores done and studying for a bit this morning, I went and had my nails done.

"I adore them! My nail tech is amazing!"

Day 1

Starting over again. Why not?

This is the book I must read for my next class. I hope it goes quickly and is less boring than the last one. Forget that, I hope it's less insulting than my last textbook. So far, it's not too bad.

"You shall ace your Network+ exam after you read me!"
